Weiyong Sun, M.D., Ph.D.
Chief Business Officer, Hansoh Bio / Hansoh Pharma
Dr. Sun has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 20 years of proven success in global in- and out-licensing, deal structuring, and alliance management. He currently leads Global Business Development and Alliance Management at Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group, where his team has executed over 20 collaboration deals—including two ADC partnerships with GSK and a recent GLP-1 out-licensing agreement with Merck (MSD).
Prior to Hansoh, Dr. Sun spent 19 years at Daiichi Sankyo, contributing to both R&D and business development. He holds an M.D. from Peking University Medical School, a Ph.D. in Cell Biochemistry from the University of Tokyo, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.


 

Alexandria (Alex) Cogdill, M.Eng., Ph.D.
Head of Strategic Initiatives, Global Business Development, Daiichi Sankyo
Dr. Cogdill is a translational science and business development leader with 18 years of cross-sector experience across immunology, oncology, and advanced therapeutics. At Daiichi Sankyo, she drives global strategy bridging scientific innovation and commercial execution. With deep expertise in cell therapy, immuno-oncology, and platform partnerships, she has led high-value collaborations that connect breakthrough science with clinical and commercial impact.

VP and Head of Collaborate to Cure Hub China, Bayer Pharmaceuticals
Betty leads Bayer’s Collaborate to Cure Hub in China, focusing on external innovation and strategic partnerships to accelerate transformative drug discovery. She plays a key role in connecting Bayer's global R&D with Asia's fast-growing biotech ecosystem, driving collaborations that advance next-generation therapies.
